What a fantastic company to do business with. I needed some parts at short notice and was amazed at the help I received from Richard, Debbie, and Sarah who made my experience just great. I can't recommend them highly enough, and will be a long term customer from now on. I would recommend you try L&S Engineers before you go anywhere else because I don't think you'll be disappointed, and their prices are very good too.

Phoned to ask if they had a set of carb gaskets for a Briggs and Stratton Quattro 40 but I couldn't give them the engine number ( because there isn't one) so I was told that they couldn't help me.I said that I'd bring the old ones in to the warehouse to show them as they are really common, told I couldn't do that,so company response doesn't recognise that I did offer the mower make, model engine type, the lady I spoke to insisted on an engine number and wouldn't let me order these common carb gaskets,had to go online and wait a week for delivery.

I used to never had trouble with that company but since last year they are just horrible. Mistakes happened but to send me 3 times a different part is just unacceptable . Last time I received I faulty part and they weren’t happy for exchange or refund . Amy Cotton from costumer service didn’t help at all after a multiple emails. Will never use them again!

Surely the best place for chainsaw parts in the UK. Not the lowest prices, but their customer service makes up for it. Over 10 or so orders, the one issue I did have (when they sent an incorrect part), was solved so quickly that I didn't even have time to think about going elsewhere.

Very happy with the quality of the strimmer head and cord. Quick delivery good customer service would highly recommend this company. I would definitely purchase from them again.
